Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every Heisenberg Mint piece is refined and cast by hand in San Francisco. If you're not completely happy with it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to return
1. Email Contact@heisenbergmint.com with your order number. We'll reply within one business day with the return address.
2. Pack the piece in its original condition, with its Certificate of Authenticity, its packaging and your receipt or packing slip inside the box.
3. Ship it to us at your own cost. We recommend a tracked, insured service, since we can't refund a return that doesn't reach us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping and return shipping costs are not refunded. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged or wrong item
If your piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, and cover the return.

Custom commissions
Custom pieces are non-refundable once work begins.

Exchanges
Want a different size or metal? Return the original for a refund and place a new order, or email us and we'll arrange it.
