Shipping & Production

Every item in the Heisenberg Mint collection is made to order in the United States.

When you place an order, your piece enters the forge. It is hand-cast in 999 investment-grade fine silver, individually poured, finished by hand, and inspected before it ships. All of it done by one person in a San Francisco workshop. Nothing is drop-shipped. Nothing arrives from an overseas factory with our name put on it. No two pieces are identical.

The silver is refined in-house as well, from 925 sterling up to 999 fine, before it ever reaches a mould. More on how that works ›

Allow approximately 2 weeks for production and delivery.

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States, insured and tracked. Your piece is mailed from the same workshop it was cast in. There is no warehouse in between and no fulfillment center handling it. The person who made it is the person who packs it.

Your tracking will show the package departing San Francisco, California. That is the postal service confirming where your piece came from, not us.

Your order arrives in a gift-ready box with a Certificate of Authenticity and a card explaining the spiritual meaning and story behind your piece. We take the packaging as seriously as the work inside it.
