The pieces
What's the difference between silver and bronze?
Silver pieces are .999 fine silver, refined in our own shop from sterling up to 99.9% pure. That is purer than sterling (92.5%) and the same purity as a bullion bar, so the metal itself holds real value. Bronze pieces are cast from the same moulds by the same hands, in a warm golden metal, at a lower price: $139 and $189 against $220 and $499 for silver.
How big are the pendants?
Each pendant comes in two sizes. The size in the name (for example 50mm or 60mm) is the approximate height. Every product page lists the approximate weight and bail opening for each size and metal. Because each piece is hand-cast, sizes and weights vary slightly.
Is a chain included?
No, pendants ship without a chain or cord. You can add a genuine 3mm leather cord in black or brown on any pendant page: 20 inches for $40 or 22 inches for $45. It fits the bail of every pendant we make. Cords are also sold on their own for $50 and $55.
What is 3-Year Damage Protection?
An optional $45 add-on on any pendant. If your pendant is damaged in the next 3 years, including deep gouges, scratches, breaks or a bent bail, we replace it, no questions asked. Email us, ship the damaged piece back, and we cast and ship you a new one free. It does not cover loss or theft. Full details ›
Will fine silver tarnish?
Fine silver tarnishes more slowly than sterling, because there is almost no copper in it. Over time it can darken slightly. A soft silver polishing cloth brings it back. Avoid chlorine, hot tubs and harsh chemicals. Bronze naturally deepens in color with wear; a polishing cloth restores the shine if you prefer it bright.
Is fine silver soft?
Fine silver is softer than sterling, so it can pick up small marks with daily wear. Many people like the way it ages. Take it off for heavy work or sports, or add 3-Year Damage Protection.
Are the pieces really made in the USA?
Yes. Every piece is refined, cast, finished and packed by one person in a workshop in San Francisco, and your tracking will show it shipping from San Francisco. How we make it ›
Does every piece come with a certificate?
Yes. Every order includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
Orders and shipping
How long until my order ships?
Crosses and pendants ship the same business day if you order by 12pm Eastern, otherwise the next business day, and arrive 1 to 3 business days later by USPS Priority Mail. Statues are made to order and ship in 1 to 2 weeks. For custom commissions we confirm the timeline with you before work begins.
How much is shipping?
Shipping on crosses and pendants is free (orders of $100 or more), with a faster express option at checkout. Statues ship for $8, or $15 express.
Do you ship internationally?
Not right now. We ship within the United States only, tracked and insured.
Does it come gift-ready?
Yes. Every piece arrives in a gift box with its Certificate of Authenticity, ready to give for a baptism, chrismation, name day, Christmas or any milestone.
Returns
What if I don't love it?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Email us first and we'll send the return address. Full refund policy ›
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
